Chief Executive Officer
Abe Balsamo has 15 years of experience at the helm of successful businesses. He was named the CEO of Solar Room, LLC in early 2020. He brings a wealth of business knowledge and a passion for solar technology that is only rivaled by the team at Solar Room!
Steven Kenin
Chief Financial Officer, Inventor
Mr. Steve Kenin is the inventor of the Solar Room™. He is a contractor and scientist by trade. His focus since the 1980s has consistently been on saving the world and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions. Solar Room™ is the culmination of his vision and previous work.
Richard De Stefano
General Counsel
Mr. De Stefano holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Southern California School of Law. He has formed hundreds of businesses in his more than 40 years of practice. He has special expertise in assisting clients to choose the optimal form of business entity, and has lectured and authored educational materials on that topic for National Business Institute. He is well-versed in business startups and investor relations/SEC requirements.
